Skills Provision is searching for a Data & Evaluation Analyst for a leading Healthcare organisation in India.

The employing company is a major Healthcare Service Agency.

Position: Permanent

The Role

• Plan and conduct analytical studies.
• Collaborate with evaluation consultants to further develop techniques and formats.
• Work with various external agencies aligned to the company’s internal goals/aims.
• Compile, analyse and prepare reports in partnership with evaluation consultants.
• Conduct cross-sector data analysis and research.
• Compile, analyse and interpret existing data and research results, organize, synthesise, and produce various correspondence reports.
• Participate in community needs assessment and planning processes.

Requirements

• Understanding of epidemiological research
• BA degree in a medical discipline
• Prior experience in statistical analysis
• Prior knowledge of health risk analysis and health maintenance techniques
• Strong IT skills
• Ability to produce corporate documents and reports
• Ability to plan, conduct, and evaluate varied epidemiological research studies
• Confident working with large/complex organisations
• Fluent in Indian and English
• Effective communicator
• Strong team player
