Our client is an innovative solar power distributor partnering with installers and developers throughout Uruguay. They require a Customer and Shipping Coordinator to join our Operations Team and help them keep pace with ever increasing orders.

• 32,000 UYU p/m

The Role

• Coordinate and manage logistical operations, including shipments and deliveries
• Effectively communicate logistical updates to both the sales team and customers
• Accurately execute all logistics operations in accordance with customer and team needs
• Support the efforts of the sales team for solar electric power systems
• Work with customers to resolve any service issues that arise during the order process
• Work with the development team around business process improvements and enhancements to the software platform
• Respond competently and professionally to challenges faced in executing duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferable
• Prior experience in the solar industry would be beneficial
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and with professionalism
• Ability to handle diverse time-sensitive tasks
• Detail-oriented with ability to effectively organise and prioritise customer and team needs
• Proficiency in internet-based services and platforms
• Effective communicator
• Strong team player
• Hardworking nature
