Skills Provision is searching for a CRM Assistant Manager to work for a Brand Design company in France.

The Role

  • Manage CRM campaigns.
  • Support marketing teams in planning and setting up campaigns, monitoring performance on a group level.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Analytics Manager.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Play an active role in developing the lead pipeline.
  • Produce weekly and monthly internal reports.
  • Provide valuable input for the company’s developers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in a marketing and a CRM environment.
  • Technically savvy, understand how technology and process can advance and help improve marketing
  • Create and build online marketing programs using marketing automation
  • Strong understanding of source code.
  • Exposure to CRM solutions.
  • Experience with digital marketing, reporting, database, and data analysis
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical/system requirements.
  • Passion for communication and analytics as well as awareness of emerging CRM/ Marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Attention to detail, effective time management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects.
  • Customer focused, problem solving, creative
