Cable Termination Specialist needed in Hull, UK

We are currently searching a Cable Termination and Installation Specialist to work on Offshore Wind Farms.

Location: Hull, United Kingdom

Employment: Permanent

Salary

• £600/£700 per day
• Overtime available

The Role

The main role of this position is to ensure compliance of cable installation against schedule/procedures/HSE requirements/ Contract guidelines and other duties, and activities required by the company.

Requirements

You will report to the Cable Installation or Termination Manager and will be required to review and understand:

• Contract Documentation
• Contract Installation or Termination Procedures
• Engineering Design Drawings
• Site Documentation
• Load out Procedures
• Schedules
• Project HSSE Requirements
• Cable manufacturing guidelines

Other requirements:

• GWO qualified
• Offshore Medical and Survival
• Working from height
• Turbine climbing/access certificates
• Rigging and back deck operations
• NEBOSH will be considered a bonus
