The Role

• Team Leader with responsibility for orders and sales planning.
• Develop and execute commercial strategy.
• Lead the sales team to develop and execute account growth strategies.
• Manage the accurate forecasting of orders.
• Develop and execute an overall growth strategy with integrated plays.
• Develop strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies.
• Drive identification, prospecting, and creation of new sales opportunities.
• Drive convertibility of orders to sales.
• Drive Growth Initiatives.
• Focused sales in new growth markets.
• Develop cross territory account management strategies.
• Provide training and technical support.
• Help develop written strategies for pursuing opportunities at strategic customer accounts
• Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to marketing
• Help sales team grow installed base and develop new customer accounts and document installed base and gaps.
• Develop synergy opportunities.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree Preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with successful track record and tangible results.
• Strong situational fluency with executive levels of customer management.
• Strong situational fluency with other levels of management, engineering and operations.
• Familiarity with economic and executive-incentive drivers for executive-level procurement decisions.
• Extremely strong written and verbal communications skills (Arabic/English)

• Successful sales leadership experience with high value, high price system sales to senior energy executives.
