Our client specialises in the manufacture and distribution of plastic drainage systems to the Agricultural, Civil and Construction Industries throughout the UK. Due to business growth, the company has a requirement for Design Engineers within the moulding and fabrication division.

The Role

The role will be carrying out the design of various products and components, innovation of new product development, improving existing products and adding creativity and innovation in designs right from concept to manufacture.

Requirements

• Previous experience of design plastic products would be advantageous
• Ability to show a level of creativity and innovation to find solutions to bespoke product needs and requirements
• Ability to methodically produce detailed technical drawings and manufacturing drawings for production teams
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills
