Position: Permanent

Salary

• €35,500 p/a

The Role

• Manage Cash Flow and Petty Cash
• Process Invoices and Purchase Orders
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Assess Finance Charges and Contact Payees regarding past due payments
• Manage Accounts Payable
• Review Terms and Conditions of pending contracts
• Manage executed contracts
• Monitor Charges to Corporate Credit Cards and Process Monthly Employee Expense Reimbursements
• Process Payroll processes
• Other duties and support for Operations Department as necessary

Requirements

• Professional Bookkeeping qualifications
• Held a prior position in bookkeeping for a minimum of 3 years
• In depth knowledge of financial software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with all clients, partners, and staff
• Positive outlook and personality
• Willing to pitch in and help others
• Self-motivated, team-player, focused on exceeding expectations
• Ability and desire to work both in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment
