My three years of technical knowledge and skill with semiconductor industry, which I regard to be my biggest strength that I have gained from my work in this field. Even though, assembly is my major responsibility, but my job entails more than that. As a technician, I have experience giving training to new employees through the instruction on how to operate the tool, standard operating procedure and major assembly process. This training sessions predominately improve my assembly skill and more ways to perform production duties more efficiently without any delay in shipment. I am proficient in handling cable operations such as cable routing, cable connecting and insulating heat shrink sleeves for cable connection protection in the systems.
