Bachelor of Science in Community Development\r\nDiploma in Social work and Community Development.\r\nSkill;-\r\n- Planning and evaluation of individualized and groups programmes of care.\r\n-Elderly home management including the household budget, upkeep, cleaning and hygiene among others.\r\n- Ability to perform under pressure, to multi-tusk, to navigate through multiple priorities and conflicting request.\r\n- ICT Compliance; Proficient in windows environment and competent in Microsoft Application suite\r\n-Organisation Skills, ability to work in a fast passed environment and to deliver results in time regardless of the pressure from work.\r\nInterpersonal and Communication skill; Excellent at one on one conversation, phone conversation, emails and can blend to any environment with sound excellent verbal and non-verbal communication.\r\n-Liaising with development agencies, NGOs and other stakeholder for effective implementation of Social services programs.\r\n-Able to work calmly under pressure
