September 2012-Present - Berkeley First.

Since joining Berkeley First I have been working on a development of 162 new build units in Caterham, Surrey consisting of 2,3,4 & 5 bed houses & also 2 bed apartments. We have recently completed & opened a high quality Marketing Suite.

Crayfern Homes: September 2011-September 2012

Whilst at Crayfern Homes I worked on a development of 6 new build houses in Basingstoke consisting of 2, 3 & 4 bed houses.

Linden Homes: September 2003-June 2011

Whilst at Linden homes I worked on various developments the main ones being Watercolour, Redhill (560 new build units) & Graylingwell Park, Chichester (850 unit’s mixture of new build, refurb, commercial units & an energy centre). Graylingwell is also the largest zero carbon development in the UK.

Barratt Homes: July1999-September 2003

Whilst at Barratt’s I worked on various developments the biggest being a development at Priddys Hard, Gosport where we were awarded a NHBC Quality award. I started with Barratt’s in July 1999 as a forklift driver & had worked my way up to Site Manager within 2 years.

Key tasks (all of the above positions):

• Planning & organising site set ups.
• Creating & issuing site programmes for review by Senior Managers.
• Review architectural & engineering drawings & specifications.
• Assist with contract bids & tendering of sub contractors.
• Carry out Pre-start meetings with sub contractors.
• Chair all meetings including sub contractor, Project review & Housing Association meetings.
• Carry out daily safety reviews.
• Oversee other Managers.
• Carryout monthly Health & Safety reviews with Health & Safety Advisor.
• Ensure units are built to programme.
• Arranging inspections by building control & local authorities.
• Customer home tours.
• Customer completions.
• Make sure all the above are within budget.

Education:

A good standard of education at Perins Secondary School gaining 9 CSE’s including English, Maths & Design & Construction Technology.
