This is done through regular measuring and monitoring of performance reports. \r\n2.Vice president Jul’08 to May’12 \r\nDevyani Food Industries Ltd\r\n(Creambell Ice-cream), Baddi Plant \r\n\r\n\r\n Plant Operations of Baddi, Goa and kosi plants to ensure Product Quality, AOP Volumes at Budgetary cost.\r\n To ensure Plant efficiencies for Key Performance Indicators.\r\n Cold Chain Management and the improvement plan for improved controls by ensuring GPS systems in entire cold chain. \r\n\r\n3.General Manager Oct’02 to July’08\r\nUniversal Dairy Products\r\nAgra and Baddi\r\n\r\n set up New Ice-cream Plant at Baddi. This include selection of equipment, Layout finalisation, Order placement, installation and commissioning of equipment.\r\n Recruitment and training of Manpower.\r\n Start up the plant as per target guidelines.\r\n Design and implement functional guidelines and implementation of these.\r\n Delivered the budgetary cost for all functions.\r\n Training and development of employees.\r\n Designed innovative Product range of ice-cream to launch in the market.\r\n Launched dairy Products like Pasteurised milk in pouch and other Cultured Products, curd, sweet Lassi and salted Lassi.\r\n\r\n
