- Experience in Program Management and Vehicle Chassis Product Development since 2001\r\n- Day to day manage chassis Product Development Team\r\n- Ability to use Quality Tools like 8D Problem solving, 7 Diamonds, 6-Sigma, Red-X which take me to another position to manage Chassis and Powetrain vehicle launch team in 3 different assembly plants (Brazil and Indonesia).\r\n- Manage a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best practices on design development, package, GD&T, discussions with CAE team about methodologies, results and comparisom with physical tests.\r\n- Moderator of the Design FMEA team for many components.\r\n- Assure with Cost team that the cost part definition based on design, manufacturing process, manufacturing location and material properly defined.\r\n- Manage the supplier prototype and final tooling construction, parts delivery accoding to quality standards.
