Aeronautical Engineer with 7 years of experience in Mechanical Design Interior Trims, Exterior Trims & Fuselage\r\n-CAD Software UNIGRAPHICS NX (Ver 7.5 – 2206), CATIA V5\r\n-UNIGRAPHICS NX Surface Modelling, Assembly and Drafting\r\nCATIA V5 Part Modelling, GSD, Assembly and Drafting\r\n-PLM Software TEAMCENTER 12\r\n-Design and Development of hard trim and soft trim.\r\n- Development of trim components from phase 1(proposal stage) to Production release.\r\n- Creation of Design Concept Sheet (DCS) and Cost Driver Sheet (CDS) for the trims.\r\n- Styling feedback for the Trims with respect to the tooling, graining and assembly along with \r\ncreation of aster section.\r\n- Design to achieve the vehicle planning target and ergonomics target.\r\n- Benchmarking of other OEM vehicles to provide a better solution/ideas using A2mac1.\r\n- Checking manufacturing feasibility of the parts designed with help of draft analysis and \r\nmodifying the A-surface to meet the requirements.\r\n- Packaging Study – Clearance and interference check with the surrounding parts.\r\n- Creating Planning and Installation Drawings for the interior Trims assembly.\r\n- Gap & Flushness sheet creation for the Trims based on the vehicle condition.\r\n- Assembly sequence study based on the vehicle assembly.\r\n- Co-ordinating suppliers & CFT (Cross Functional Team).
