FACILITIES SUPPORT TEAM LEADER-SENIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEER,. ASSET MGMT. [OYU TOLGOI]\r\nRIO-TINTO [Location:- Mongolia]\r\nJob Responsibilities\r\n Identify and Actively Process Asset Operations Cost’s Reduction [Including multiple small Projects]:- Organization Restructure, Budget allocation. Thermography Asset Studies, Ultra-Sound Leak Detection Studies, Water Loss Studies, Electrical Lighting Infrastructure Upgrades and Asset Optimization/Balancing, Air Flow thermographic balancing, Dust Suppression .\r\n Defining Support Team Evolving Roles, Goals & Objectives:- One-Two-Three-Four Year Plan, & SOP’s\r\n Defining Asset Support Team Budget Goals and Requirements with One-Two-Three –Four Year Horizons.\r\n Writing Proposals, and presenting as needed Product and Process Implementation Strategies, to Uppermost Management.\r\n Site-Wide Equipment Commissioning of MM Support Assets. MOC Processing.\r\n Performing HAZOP. Hazard and Operability Studies.\r\n Defining Safety Standards Site wide, specifically Inspection and Fitness for Service Requirements of Safety Critical components, as per API-580, and API-579.\r\n All aspects of CBM Implementation at Rio-Tinto’s, Oyu Tolgoi [Greenfield Site] \r\n Mentor and lead AM-Support Engineers, Ensuring Tasks meet Corporate, International, State, and Local Engineering Standards, and MOC requirements are adhered, i.e. managing multiple site-wide small projects.\r\n Creation and Processing of all Fluid Analysis Services, Oil Supplier, & Fuel Supply contracts.\r\n Process RCM II, RCFA’s, and process optimization using SAP with PI Process Monitoring on Concentrator Sub-Processes, Kamatsu Fleet, CHP, RWS, Crusher Bucyrus Power Shovel, Flotation Cells, and Slurry Pumping.\r\n Integrated AM Support Engineers & CBM Analysts in all Operation Departments, providing active support in RCFA Processing, and solution implementation. Failures include:- Structural, Piping , Fires, Boiler Failures, Pump Failures, Electrical.\r\n
