Senior Interior Designer

• Meeting Clients to determine and brief their requirements \r\n• Produce the brief as a Design Statement alongside with the Minutes\r\nOf Meeting and submit it for the Client approval \r\n• Inspecting Site to ensure the compliance with the as-built drawings \r\nProvided by Client/Contractor/Land Lord, and indication of existing \r\nSite conditions and Develop space planning concepts as required \r\n\r\n• Perform Interior Design assignment including conceptual design, \r\nSchematic Design, Design development, preparation of construction documents \r\n• Oversee and participate in selection of FF + E color palettes\r\n• Generating the approved proposed design materials specifications\r\n• Work within Architectural/ Interior design/ Vendors teams to deliver \r\nAn Integrated interior architectural detailed drawing package for tendering\r\n• Providing design support for completion and execution of design intent\r\n• Attending onsite meetings as agreed due to a fee proposal/consultancy Services proposal and snagging prior to the handover to the client and \r\nClose of the project \r\n
