-Conceptualizes the initial electrical design approach for major phases of large facility projects, responsible for the electrical engineering work on a limited scope project.

-Supervises the design and ongoing progress of a project, including the coordination of the project with agency officials.

-Participates in contract bidding and administration; observes project action on site.
