( March 2021 - September 2021).\r\n\r\nDesignation: Nursing officer 1\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES;\r\na, Reception of patients, ensuring their comfort and checking of their vital signs from point of entry to the hospital,untill their discharge from the hospital.\r\nb, Wound dressing and suturing.\r\nc, Counseling and health education of the patient base on their disease condition.\r\nd, Drug administration via IV, SUBCUT, IM routes.\r\ne, communication with the pharmacist and other health practitioners in order to maximize the wellbeing of the patient .\r\nf, Documentation of all procedures and drugs administered to the patient,using the EMR.\r\ng, Collection of specimen/ sample and dispatch to the appropriate establishment for investigations,and follow up on the results.\r\n\r\nWellane Health Limited, Lagos, Nigeria / Dangote industries limited. (October 2021 - Till date)\r\nDesignation: Occupational health nurse/Site Clinic nurse.\r\nResponsibilities;\r\na. Attend to emergencies/stabilize the patient and refer to hospital, for proper investigation.\r\nb. Wound dressing/Suturing of Wound.\r\nc. Drug prescription and Administration according to our SOPs,or within our jurisdiction.\r\nd. Health awareness/sensitization on every world health days.\r\ne. Treatment of ailments base on our SOPs.\r\nf. Documentation of every procedures done on a patient, using the excel sheet.\r\ng. Oxygen Administration.\r\nh. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation.\r\ni. Liaise with the HSSE department,yo promote health,and prevent complications and injuries with the company.
