2022-current: Registered Nurse in surgical unit: assess patients and collects information using skills of observation, communication, data review and physical assessment, provide appropriate nursing intervention; collaborate with patients and their families in developing the care plan; collaborates with members of the interprofessional care team in the identification and resolution of issues\r\n\r\n2019-2020: Clinical Specialist: contribute to the development of the clinical practice and scope of practice of nurses in medicine and surgical units and promote compliance with good, best and leading practices of their profession; maintain through literature search, to identifying recent and robust scientific evidence surrounding professional nursing practice\r\n\r\n2016-2019: Head Nurse: plan, supervise and coordinates the activities of the unit; act as a resource person to the colleagues for the planning, distribution and evaluation of nursing care; perform when required the usual duties of a nurse; provide in the absence of the immediate supervisor, the continuity of the administrative and management activities
