Rail Signalling Data Engineer\r\nI coordinate IECC Signalling project tasks within the Data Preparation team. This is to support the internal project team in order to deliver the scope that we are contracted out for by the client, Network Rail (NR).\r\nMy duties involve writing data and to independently check IECC system signalling data to various design source documents. This is to ensure quality data is prepared and to minimise further errors being introduced.\r\nIn order to support the client (NR) during the project, I compile data/software, build & assemble Training Simulators as well as deploying to customers’ site on premises. Which in turn is used by the Signallers’ on-site for familiarisation with the new IECC Control System (prior to the commissioning event at which the system goes live).
