I have been awarded a master\'s degree in commercial construction management from University of Westminster in march 2023 which has equipped me with the comprehensive knowledge in the areas covering procurement (including the sustainability perspective), construction law( predominantly contract laws covering all standard forms of contracts i.e. JCT, FIDIC, NEC and common law in general i.e. law of torts predominantly negligence, corporate management, Finance and Accounting to manage and control costs, Risk and uncertainities management (developing models to overcome risks), Strategic project management ( Client requirements and management according to RIBA PoW), Commercial Management. My Civil Engineering background with 3 years of experience in residential build as an assistant quantity surveyor has equipped me with Professional Development in the areas of negotiations, business communication, co-ordination and time and value management on-site.
I have an interest to gain advance knowledge of issues pertaining to construction law (Arbitration, litigation, Managing Disputes). Furthermore, I am interested in knowing how to manage boards to provide valuable advices to struggling businesses.
I have successfully coordinated in residential build project for 2.5 years(2019-2021) as an assistant quantity surveyor where I gained an exposure to prepare cost estimates, Value works, managing contracts, preparing tenders for sub-contractors, site management. I have successfully volunteered a cancer care NGO to raise money based on communication skills. I have short experience as an estate agent for 9 months.
