Quality Manager or Lead seeking work in Middle East

Since Jun’ 2012: RAY International LLC, Sultanate of Oman as Manager-Quality\r\n\r\nHandling Quality Management system of Various EPC Projects & Contracts in Oil & Gas and Utilities sector. (Power Station, Substations, Grid Stations, OHL, & Live-Line Services, Pipelines, On-shore Facilities, Fabrication facilities, Buildings etc.)\r\nManages overall Quality Management System and implementation of the same in Project Sites & Head Office.\r\nPreparation, implementation, revision and monitoring of Contract/Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan, Quality Control Procedures, Method of Statements etc. for various EPC Projects & Contracts in Oil & Gas and Utilities Sector.\r\nImplement and maintain a quality system in accordance with Client’s specification / ISO 9001:2015 and subjected to regular audits and reviews.\r\nReview and approve quality control plans, work procedures, Inspection Test Plans developed by Engineering, Fabrication teams or Engineering, Procurement and Construction sub-contractors.\r\nEstablishing and implementation of Quality Management System (Quality Manual (Level-1), Procedures (Level-2), Work Instructions (Level-3) etc) for the accreditation of ISO 9001 Certificate for the various Companies in RAY group and maintain the same.\r\nManagement Representative (MR) for the Business Units in RAY Group.\r\nCoordinate with Business Unit Managers to ensure the projects are adequately implemented with Quality and the services are in accordance with the Company Quality Management System\r\nAdvice, guide and motivate Project Personnel and line management on QA/QC activities and related technical matters. Responsible for organizing QA/QC training for all RAY Personnel and maintaining accurate real time records.\r\n
