• Periodically Reported to EXCOM about raw materials price fluctuation and stock rotation, which was the basis for price and budget strategy of the Company.

• Created the entire methodology dedicated to reduction of excessive and eliminating obsolete stock located in 12 consignment stocks in Poland;
• On the basis of implemented forecasts and recognized the supply and demand relationship I decreased stock value about 500 000 PLN;

• Reorganized Purchasing and Logistics Department as well as related processes,
• Implemented systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock,
• Managed and pursued all aspects of production planning and purchasing process concerning raw materials deliveries (annual purchases about 40 mln PLN) for production,
• Outsourced part of production to Polish as well as foreign subcontractors what delivered cost savings of 4 mln PLN (about 10%),
