I am a biologist with over 30 years of experience in Proteomics. My skills are spanning methods of several separation techniques for downstream MS analysis such as one- or two-dimensional reverse phase liquid chromatography separations, separation of proteins or peptides by isoelectric focusing or affinity-based enrichment or purifications and the analysis of biomarkers by discovery based proteomic workflows.
Besides this, I have substantial experience in quantitative (relative and absolute) LC-MS analysis such as SILAC, stable isotope dimethyl or 16O/18) labelling and TMT labelling and label free quantification (LFQ) techniques,
in the discovery of posttranslational modifications (e.g. phosphorylation, acetylation, methylation and glycosylation) and the identification of protein-protein interactions.
I am very familiar with Maxquant and Perseus and with other online available tools for data analysis.
