My main hobby and love is basketball. I was a player for many years and after that I became a Referee of local and national categories. \r\nI also enjoy travelling, exploring new places and meet new people and cultures.
For the past six years, I have been employed by the company Cosmote E-Value, part of the OTE Group (Hellenic Telecommunications Organization) . I began in 2017 as a customer support representative, working mainly on numerous technical projects. In 2019, I was promoted to a shift supervisor role, where I gained the necessary skill set to take on the position of Project Team Leader - Samsung Coordinator in 2022.Up to today, I am collaborating with Samsung Greece and oversee the entire Technical Support and Customer Experience team.
