Predevelopment Contract which was awarded to EDMB Group of which Graham Construction is a contractor commenced by March 2022 and was completed by April 2023. Some of my roles was ensuring detailed drawings were submitted as when due, contributed to the agreed method and sequencing of construction, identify professionals to be involved.
