God made home luxury limited November 2021- Present\r\nRole: Site Quantity Surveyor\r\n Responsibilities;\r\nEstimation of material and labour schedule \r\nSupervised all site activities to ensure work are done with respect to design and specification\r\nPredicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate such.\r\nPreparation of Material reconciliation statement based on the quantities material used\r\nPrepare monthly cost report, progress status report, cash flow report.\r\n\r\n\r\nKobo- Quantibuild and partners December 2020- October 2021\r\nRole: Assistant Quantity Surveyor\r\n Responsibilities:\r\n\r\nPreparation of tender document , tender evaluation/report, cost control including checking and vetting of contractor\'s monthly interim valuations, preparation of final valuation and final account\r\nCarry out feasibility studies to estimate material, time and labour.\r\nNegotiate and draw up bids for tender and contract with architects, engineers and other design consultant\r\nMonitoring each stage of construction to make sure that cost are in line with forecast and also provide financial progress reports to client\r\nPreparation of cost analysis based on the architectural drawing engineering estimates, material required, and labour involved\r\n\r\n\r\nKobo-quantibuild and partners November 2019- November 2020\r\nRole; Graduate Internship\r\n Responsibilities:\r\nPreparation of cost plan to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction project, which involves liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors.\r\nPrepare complex and details final account variation and claims\r\nExtensive experience in the preparation of bill of quantity, monthly reports for managing director on past, current and future project status\r\nExtensive experience in the preparation of approximate estimate and procurement
