Spearheaded the development of new products to the established product \r\nspecification. Includes managing program from prototype builds to launch of the production line and volume \r\nramp of a new product mainly for Thales and Boeing of Aerospace and Defence.\r\n• New Product engineer and technical point of contact for the development and execution of \r\ninternational clients in France, UK, Canada, Singapore, India.\r\n• Standardize new product introduction procedures throughout all cross-functional areas.\r\n• Requirement analysis and setting up of process, Preparation of Process flow diagrams and ERP \r\nrouting for man\'s machine traceability\r\n• Manufacturable study any critically evaluating the failures with Product specific Failure mode \r\neffective analysis. \r\n• Execution of Engineering Change Management process ECR/ECN.\r\n• Implementation, validation, and Updation of PFD, PFMEA, Control plan, Configuration matrix, \r\nProcess validation, Crimping qualification, Quality inspection plan, Production readiness review.\r\n• Implementation of the controls from incoming to shipping using Control plan.\r\n• Implementation of standards such as ISO / IPC / DIN / AS along with the development and selection \r\nof tools for integration, testing.\r\n• Supplier Development – Identification of potential Supplier and bridging the gap for SQA audits.\r\n• Develop and train cross-functional team new manufacturing process requirements, especially for in-\r\nhouse cable wire harnessing.\r\n• Qualify the production readiness review along with Process validation reports before launching the \r\nbuild – Critical especially for Defence Aerospace.\r\n• Documents review and requirement analysis.\r\n• Responsible for NPI planning, onsite training, Pre-Acceptance testing\r\n• Establish and certify the FAI in AS9102 form ensuring the Part number accountability, Product \r\naccountability - for Raw material, Special process, Functional testing and Characteristic \r\naccountability, verification, and compatibility evaluation.\r\n• Create, Manage, maintain, and update all NPI progress reports and dashboards with support of ERP.\r\n• Drive the evaluation and enhancement of the engineering design verification process with the goal of \r\nreleasing zero defects to production.\r\n• Research customer technical specifications and requirements / compliance mapping with current or \r\npotential technical specifications.\r\n• Organize supplier reviews and for solving issues proactively and to ensure highest level of Quality \r\nand Reliability.\r\n• Experienced in the complex PCBA manufacturing and the process.\r\n• Manufacturability study any critically evaluating the failures with Product specific Failure mode \r\neffective analysis.
