I am very passionate about event management. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to coordinate and plan events ranging from products launches and beach parties to major international conferences. My target audiences have included civil society, corporate, non-government, and private. The biggest party that I have organized was for 2100 people from all over the world. I have also organized a major sporting event (15 sporting codes with over 5000 athletes) and was appointed the coordinator for 5 years as it is an annual event. I am dedicated and love the hype and the eventual outcome of a project well planned. My key responsibilities have been the planning and coordination of the entire project from inception which included venue hire, décor, transport, letters of invitation, database development, budget development and performance to budget, catering, IT and AV, all other resources as well on-site coordination and management included post event reporting and evaluations
