Manufacturing Process improvement consultant (July 2018- Up to date) ,Inspires and instructs employees to achieve production, quality, and repair objectives. create and modify employee schedules with better productivity, find and hire top production managers, production supervisors and mechanics and consult on production flow layout and machinery set -up.\r\nDeputy General Manager- Mechanical in Maganaguma Road Construction Company (Sri Lankan Government Road Construction Company under the Ministry of Highway) June 2016- June 2018) I was directly leading a four hundred vehicle fleet (Heavy and Light vehicles) and five workshops and I led the 400 workforces and 40 staff members. \r\nGeneral Manager (Factory) Cum Chief Production Engineer -Woodman Lanka Pvt Limited, Colombo, Sri Lanka (July 2013 - May 2016) I led the furniture manufacturing plant\'s production and engineering team with 100 workforce and 15 management staff members. I worked for a few other organizations in the manufacturing discipline and guided all subordinates on design, fabrication, operation, and quality control. I led preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and equipment repairs and maintenance. \r\n
