• Developing process design basis, process and operating philosophies, process and operating manual, control and shutdown philosophy, safeguarding memorandum, Commissioning procedures, HAZOP report and HAZOP close out.\r\n• Developing PFD, P&ID also heat and material balance\r\n• Calculating equipment size, line size, flare network using flarenet, PSV sizing, depressurization and blowdown.\r\n• Perform process simulation using HYSYS, hydraulic analysis using PIPESIM, PIPESYS or ASPEN Hydraulic, dispersion analysis using PHAST and SCREEN3, Back pressure relief system analysis using flarenet also Heat transfer simulation using HTRI.\r\n• Developing line list, process data sheets, safety equipment data sheets and specifications.\r\n• Meeting the major international standards for Process and Process Safety Engineering such as API, ASME, DEP SHELL, DNV, GPSA, NORSOK, PTS Petronas, TEMA, etc. \r\n
