Planning Engineer and Project Coordinator

Since October 2021: Senior MEP Planning Engineer and Project Coordinator in Blue Star Qatar WLL in Qatar \r\n Handling Company Planning portfolio and managing 6 Projects. Preparation and submission of Resource loaded baseline Schedule, Submitting Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports, Attending meetings, giving execution target to the team and tracking the progress are the major roles.\r\n\r\n\r\nOctober 2019- September 2021: MEP Planning Engineer and Project Coordinator in TATA Voltas in Qatar.\r\n Worked on Commercial Boulevard Project which consist of 18 buildings of various use. This developemet work was dedicated for FIFA Worldcup 2022. I was responsible for Planning and Labor Productivity of the Project. Preparation of resource loaded Baseline, updating schedule, reporting the progress to Project Director and coordination with teams as Procurement team, Execution Team, Engineering Team, Inspection team etc.\r\n\r\nJuly 2017- September 2019: MEP Planning Engineer in TATA Voltas UAE (Dubai and Abudhabi)\r\n Preparation of Baseline Schedule, updating reports, reporting to Project directors, attending Progress meetings were the major task taken care by me.
