From Nov 2018 to May 2021, BTS Project Manager at Adrian Kenya \r\nLtd handling a total of 975 sites directly maintained for Safaricom Mt Kenya \r\nRegion Passive and Active. During this period, we achieved between 90% and \r\n94% customer quarterly performance evaluation. \r\n4. Supported Safaricom Power Support Team on grid connections, Generators,\r\nrectifiers, batteries, Renewable power sources upgrades to maintain service \r\navailability. \r\n5. Installed solar to 170 BTS sites through power upgrades and reported on \r\nperformance. \r\n6. Installed Hybrid power systems to 41 sites and monitored reliability, \r\nperformance and gave recommendations for software upgrades to have improved \r\nperformance. \r\n7.
