Undertook a Course (CNA) in order to improve my skills.\r\nI organise a weekly sport game, manage bookings, transport and help to coach the team.

(1) Nursing Assistant (Present)\r\nReem Hospital ( Abudhabi UAE)\r\nWork as part of a very supportive close- knit multi-functional team, making a real difference to patients undergoing different procedures and treatment,provide support to patients and their families, work flexibly utilising a broad range of modules and interventions;within the team;commended on several occasions for demonstrating excellent planning and organisation skills, while organising day-to-day tasks,to deliver care within the parameters of the patients\' care plan.\r\n(2) Nursing Assistant (2019-2021)\r\n Pearl Medical Center ( Kampala Uganda)\r\nJoined this place to acquire relevant competencies to support my full transition to a career in healthcare. Responsible for assessment, delivery and evaluation of nursing care ( under the guidance and delegation of Registered nurses),caring for diverse patients with wide a range of complex health conditions. Supported by the multi disciplinary team to develop new clinical skills which allowed me effectively care for the patients on the care community caseload.
