Multi Skilled Maintenance Fitter

Work history and experience of Pieter Boshoff\r\n\r\nI started working at Volkswagen S.A in 2000. I started as a Spray Painter where I qualified as a spraypainet, I worked in the production spraybooth for just over a yaer. I then transferded to the E Coat plant where I worked as a semi skilled anlagen. I did this forn 4n years and obtained the required years to be able to go for my trade test training to eventually become a fitter.\r\n\r\nI qualified in 2005 as a Fitter. I worked as a Anlagen for just more than a year and then moved to Paint Shop Maintenance. I worked there for 5 years.\r\n\r\nOur main tasks were as follows:\r\n\r\nProduction maintenance\r\nFacility Maintenance\r\nBrakedown Repairs\r\nSpray Booth attendance\r\nFabrications\r\nShutdown Maintenance\r\n\r\nIn 2008 I completed my multi skilling training where I obtained a certificate as a mechatronics fitter.\r\nAll the tasks listed in the attached documents to this letter. This deploma gives me the ability to perform certain functions in the electrical and electronics field.\r\n\r\nI transferred to Assembly Maintenance in 2009 where I am currently still working. I am responsible for the daily production maintenance functions and preventative maintenance daily. Weekends we do facility maintenece and scheduled work. \r\n\r\nOur job functions include but is not limited to:\r\nLine repairs\r\nFilling facility( brakefluid ,coolant and a/c gas) repairs\r\nGearbox and pump service and repairs.\r\nBearing changes on all equipment\r\nWelding\r\nStructural repairs\r\nConveyor repairs\r\nWheel alignment and roller equipment repairs\r\nWheel assembly facility maintenance repairs.\r\nHydraulics and pneumatic maintenance\r\n\r\nI am currently specialize in filling facilitys. However I am not limited to anything.\r\n\r\nMy trade qualifications allows me to work in any environment and am not limited to only working in a automotive environment. My qualifications allows me to function in any maintenance and engineering environment.\r\n
