IBM India Pvt. ltd., NOIDA,India\r\n From March 2015 - till present\r\n Providing SME support to customer in Email and collaboration \r\n technologies .Email support is consist of multiple clusters of\r\n Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2013 DAG with two site \r\n scenario, Email infrastructure is having onion layer security\r\n since it is a secure environment .\r\n2- HCL Technologies, NOIDA, India\r\n From November 2013-March 2015\r\n Provided L2 support to one of the leading client across the globe\r\n MS Exchange 2007/2010/2013 and office 365 along with \r\n blackberry server 5.0.5.In support I was responsible for \r\n ensuring high availability of mail servers , monitoring exchange\r\n database backup.Have worked on office 365 in hybrid environment\r\n including on-boarding/off-boarding of mailboxes.\r\n3- WIPRO Infotech, Gurgaon, India\r\n September 2009 - November 2013\r\n Configuring and troubleshooting of Active Directory 2003\r\n Configuring and troubleshooting of DNS and DHCP.\r\n Creating and deploying group policies.\r\n Installed exchange 2007 and exchange 2010.\r\n Configured DAG and extended it to multiple sites.\r\n
