• Started a brand new company(Joint Venture) from zero level in Saudi Arabia Made/Opened Office recruited office Staff equipment/furniture etc
• Started Greenfield /from scratch Gold Mine Project Site (set-up complete camp, workshop, office, arranged/hired manpower equipment machinery/drilling contractor selection in Consultation of General Manager.
• Serve /Act in the stead of the General Manager in his absence
• Manage / supervise the administration section of the department including staff and functions of materials/inventory/procurement, marketing, finance/accounts and human resource at Head Office and Control /coordination/monitoring of Project sites.
• Negotiating and Coordination with contractors/clients and assist General Manager in monitoring project progress /execution as per schedule.
• Prepare/Assist in preparation of monthly /Annual Opex and Capex Budget Forecasts.

• Arrange/Collect Tenders and short listing negotiating and selection of contractors along with General Manager and assist in monitoring project progress /execution as per schedule for fixed crushers.
• Setup of site camp facilities and site administration /management of camp.
• Recruit / Select operational team /employees along with General Manager / Director.
• Started project with mobile crushing units, manage and monitor all the operations related to Quarrying to consistently deliver the required Quality and Quantity aggregates as per specification of Customer.

• Manage and monitor all the operations related to Mining to consistently deliver the required Quality and Quantity of Raw Materials (Limestone, Clay/Shale, Iron ore, Bauxite) to the Plant.
• Strategically set performance standards and continuously diversify methods to improve efficiency across the operations in compliance with the Company’s annual mine Plan.
• Handle the preparation / collection / analysis of records, report volumes and equipment statics.
• Complete responsibility from Quarry planning, Execution, Drilling, Blasting, Loading, Hauling, Crushing & Coordination with Quality Control dept. piling staking (Stacker operations)Machinery Operations and maintenance.
• Responsible for reviewing and evaluating the operations to ensure the explosives and spares for quarry equipment / machinery required minimum stocks.
• Manage Quarry workshop for repairs and maintenance of crushers and quarry equipment / machinery

• Administer operations related to raw material production from Quarries to meet Quality & Quantity
• Requirement of the Plant.
• Handle Quarry Development operations and involve in removal of overburden ensuring improved functionalities.
• Responsible for handling design and approving drilling blasting for better and economic rock fragmentation.
• Coordinate with Transport department (Workshop) for repairs and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with plant maintenance departments for repair and maintenance of 2.5 K.M conveyor /portable conveyors and mobile /fixed crushers and stackers.

• Supervise all operations in limestone quarries for production and development ensuring improved revenue.
• Responsible for Explosive Handling and Storage and also handle Drilling & Blasting onsite execution/ supervision.
• Handle the process of indenting drilling equipment spares and explosives to maintain minimum required quantities.
• Manage the preparation of work schedules and effectively assist the manager in preparing budgets, Costs and reports.
• Coordination and management of contractor for blasted limestone transportation to crusher.
• Monitor the maintenance of Quarry Work plans and maps as per Mining laws.
