MEP Sr Projects Manager (Airports)

I am MEP professional in construction management with 20+ years of experience as progressive leader/manager/engineer in multicultural and global environments such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, I have been involved in responsible for total many projects, over 1 million square meters of construction area and with budgets totaling over 500 million USD and works in various levels with an international standard.\r\n• GCC experience more than 7 years\r\n• Experience in projects with high turnover\r\n• Experience in strategic planning,\r\n• Cost containment and budgeting, \r\n• Effective leadership with necessary skills to build diverse, highly motivated and productive teams. \r\n• Clear commitment, \r\n• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and assignments simultaneously,\r\n• Creative troubleshooting and ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions,\r\n• Proven ability to quickly learn and utilize new methods, systems, and technology,\r\n• Effective negotiation ability to achieve win-win outcomes.\r\nFor last ten years I used to be one of top management at the companies which I worked for. My role became managing the company projects/ contracts with all its related progress payments. To make sure that those contracts is going to be done and handed over properly on time. According to each project contract, international codes, Standards, project technical spec, consultant approvals. Always I have to control all those contracts related budgets such that to maximize each activity profit.\r\nThe most important thing all this must be done such that to be done as per all HSE rules and regulations for all each project task and activity execution.\r\nI’m keeping always the company image & reputation in very good conditions on the front of all parties at the market. \r\n(Clients, Customers, Consultants, Suppliers, subcontractors and our working staff)\r\n\r\n• My last job was Abha Airport project MEP manager with AL JABER Group, \r\n Saud Arabia branch. \r\n• Before that: Honeywell Egypt Operation Manager. Home & Building Solutions \r\n (HBS), It becomes Automationologly Co. the authorized Honeywell integrator in \r\n Egypt.\r\n(Seven Airports, Cairo Airport TB3 & TB2, Sanstefano, Four Seasons Hotel, Sheraton Al Jezera hotel, New Saudi Embassy in Cairo BAS system… etc\r\nAlso.
