MEP Project and Engineering Management Professional

Professional Skills:\r\n\r\n1. 31 years of sound technical background and experience in every aspects of MEP works \r\n including mechanical design engineering and calculations.\r\n2. 21 years of international projects experience in different countries of three continents.\r\n3. Ability to manage a multi-national project team in order to achieve project goals.\r\n4. Directing and managing the MEP project development from beginning to end including tendering, design, planning, procurement, execution, Human resource, Health and safety, QA/QC and Quantity surveying teams. \r\n5. Financial Management and contractual control of the project in line with project goals.\r\n6. Effective management of Multi-disciplinary team (Mechanical and Electrical aspects). \r\n7. Sound experience with detailed design & FEED stage of projects \r\n8. Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. \r\n9. Sound experience in value engineering and contractual claims. \r\n10. Planing and scheduling the project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. \r\n11. Tracking project milestones and deliverables. \r\n12. Building, developing and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project.\r\n13. Being responsible to control that Project is conducted such as to ensure the safety of future operations. \r\n14. Ensuring that all procedures & instructions are respected and managed closely the teams involved in the operation to prevent accidents .\r\n15. Experience in preparation of project O&M manual.\r\n16. Experience in preparation of Risk assessments.\r\n17. Experience in testing & commissioning of the project for a smooth handover.\r\n
