MEP Electrical Engineer (3 YEAR UAE EXPERIENCE)

 Designing, planning, supervising, executing & calculating the electrical projects depending upon the site\r\n Handling the estimation procedure for each project\r\n Costing and Tendering \r\n Preparation of shop drawings and load schedule.\r\n Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Delivery schedule in line with Bar chart\r\n Procurement of Materials and Equipments.\r\n Collect the tender documents from Sr. Technical Engineer / Technical Manager\r\n Arranging for all Enquiries to various supplier / subcontractors with all requirements documents such as BOQ, (Bill of quantities), drawings, specifications etc. for tenders and projects\r\n Supervision and Project Management of Low current systems (Fire Alarm, Central Battery, Lighting control, CCTV, SMATV etc) \r\n Grand knowledge about DEWA online services and submission for getting electrical and water works.\r\n Submission of shop drawing and load schedule to DEWA and follow up.\r\n Co-Ordination of MEP works(Electrical, Plumbing and Fire fighting) in site.\r\n Co-Ordination with customer during Project Planning and execution\r\n Preparation of Monthly progress reports and taking corrective actions\r\n Discussion of work related issues with other employees, subordinates and colleagues\r\n Invoicing to customer and follow up.\r\n Negotiating with suppliers and purchase items at optimum cost\r\n
