Working with (petromaint) As Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Perform rotating equipment Preventive Maintenance and Familiar with Maximo Program (daily, weekly, monthly, semiannual, annual and Bi annual) as equipment manual procedures. - Responsible for supporting the preventive, corrective, troubleshooting, shutdown and major and minor maintenance activities, Specification & selection of various machinery equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors, seals, bearings, couplings, valves ..etc.) for procurement purposes on various types of mechanical rotating, reciprocating and static plant equipment . - Understanding of API codes for oil and gas plants rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gears, compressors and blowers. - Alignment skills by using (dial gauge indicator) device. -Plan and execute gas engines and rotating equipment overhaul - Prepare the Material requisitions, proposals &purchase orders concerning spare parts & other equipment. - Carry out Risk Assessment exercises , walk around and near miss reports. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.
