I really enjoying spending most of my time making my own homemade tools and furniture like chairs ,tables,benches,garage tools,ie. Clamps,pullers,presses, spanners and children playing equipment, i usually like drawing and making sketches. Buying old cars and repairing them for sale.I also enjoy playing mind games with friends like chess, checkers and puzzle games.\r\nI also a sport person from childhood, enjoy playing tennis, cricket, and football. Finally i like travelling a lot seing historical and monumental sites. \r\nMy interest include volunteering at local companies, clubs and organisations those that are involved with helping the vulnerable for example, the elderly or children\'s with disabilities and challenging behaviour organised charity events for the homeless people.
Mechanical Fitter and Turner Delta Beverages 2022 to 2023 - I was responsible for ensuring my section, safe and smooth running of plant operations attending to daily breakdowns ,daily plant checks, planning maintenance schedules and performing scheduled maintenances. Shift work according to rotas as well as installation of new beverage equipment according to diagrams. I managed to ensure 75% machine availability from 55%.During the same period we had the first major, scheduled plant equipment refurbishment and repairs in a decade , and was part of the engineering team to convince the production operations department and we achieved our goal of 75% machine availability. \r\n\r\nWindmill private ltd : Shift Fitter \r\nI worked as a shift Fitter for a fertiliser manufacturing company from 2021 to 2022 .As a shift Fitter I was responsible for ensuring plant breakdowns are attended with minimum downtime, routine checks and machine adjustments to ensure machine availability for production .My main achievement was my shift was voted second best team at the end of the year \r\nFitter and Turner:Zimbabwe Boards and Doors(2012/2013/2014)\r\nI was employed for a scheduled shut down to repair and service plant equipment for a timber processing industry and was sectioned to the conveyors and gearboxes. I was responsible for belt splicing, replacement of, gearboxes, rollers, chain and belts and lubrication of drive mechanisms. I was also inspecting all plant gearboxes, repairing and installing new ones. After the shutdown my contract was extended for the run in and was given a shift to adhere to for plant operations. During the run in and aftermath the plant managed to run without a major breakdowns, unfortunately due to financial constraints my contract was terminated .
