I acquired a sound overall knowledge of leading-edge engineering principles, tools, and practices, with emphasis on designing, building, and testing of mechanical systems. I am proficient in the use of various designing software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks and CATIA. I have been using AutoCAD for mechanical designing since many years and have expertise in it.
I have done different projects as a leader during my diploma and bachelors degree like Assembly and disassembly of car engine, manufacturing of basketball arcade machine and Heat Load calculation of Room. I also have a good academic record with 3.881 CGPA.
My personal attributes include leadership and sound judgment as well as creativity, analytical and troubleshooting skills. During graduation, I have done internships in various organizations during which i got hands on experience on Machining centers, EDM machines, Air compressors, Engines and grinders etc. After my Bachelor’s degree, I did job in textile industry as a Trainee Production Engineer. Currently, I am doing job in an Automotive industry (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certified) as a Product Development & Costing Engineer. During my recent job, I have acquired good knowledge of Tooling design, its development, ERP, MRP and documents including FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, LOI, RFQs, Inspection Reports, Price breakup forms, Quotations etc. I also have completed certifications in QMS and it\'s tools.
