• ELGI:- Have done successfully methoding for Housing Cooler and reduce the Rejection with the yield of 90%. Have done successfully Methoding for Rotor Housing, Bearing housing & Inlet Housing with the Yield of 87%.
• ACE (BANGALORE):-Have done successfully methoding & Simulation for XL 400 bed Cast Iron Castings with 90% yield.
• BRADELY & CRAVEN:- Have done successfully methoding for Worm section casting (England)
• FLOWSERVE (COIM):- Have done successfully methoding for Bowl & Suction Bell Castings.

The Plant is located in Tamaka Industrial Area, Kolar about 80 Kms from Bangalore on NH4. This unit has the manufacturing facilities for 20,000 TPA of Steel Casting & M.S. Ingots using Scrap metal and DRI. Now the unit is taken over by Bhuwalka Premier Group and a new foundry is commissioned. Bhuwalka casting is an innovative jobing foundry Specializing in manufacturing of high quality in various grades of Grey iron and S.G. iron Castings in the weight range of 0.5 to 10 MT single pieces. Presently catering only to the Domestic market and serving industries like Machine Tool Industry, Air Compressors and Refrigeration, High Speed Diesel Engines, valve and vacuum pump Industries.
