Production on time – \r\ni) To meet the on time targets thru proper execution of Daily/ weekly/monthly Production Plans. \r\n3. Wastage Control – \r\ni) Work on system improvements, Carry out CAPA and wastage.\r\n4. EHS-\r\ni) Ensuring that health and safety guidelines/procedures are followed on the shop floor\r\nii) Ensure CAPA for all incidents and Accidents.\r\niii) Implementation of Kaizen in department.\r\niv) 5S implementation and improve 5S score.
