Technical Lead( GE Vetco Gray,KLA Tencor) Apr 2011-Til date.\r\nI have been working as a contract design engineer thorugh HCL Technologies for GE Vetco Gray & KLA Tencor.\r\n• Concept design Using Pro E Creo2.\r\n• Following ECO process for drawing review and release.\r\n• Coordinating with onsite engineer and client to understand the scope.\r\n• Creating part numbers and BOM .\r\n• Contacting vendors for bough out items.\r\n• Developed fixture design for PCB.\r\n• Analysis using ANSYS Workbench 15.0\r\n\r\nSenior Design Engineer,Palfinger Cranes,\r\n• 3d modeling & drawings(sheet metal) using Pro E Wild fire.\r\n• Carried out stress calculation for new Stiff Boom Crane Series .\r\n• Visited manufacturing facility in Germany to coordinate with indian suppliers.\r\n• Assisting purchase department to finalise vendor selection.\r\n• Assisting customers in selection of appropriate truck to fit the cranes.\r\n• Selection of pumps,winch,hook pulley, slewing bearing etc..\r\n• Selection of hydraulic cylinders and directing vendors for fatigue life testing.\r\nc\r\n
