Pan boiler at kakira sugar limited \r\nSupervising pan attendants/ junior pan operators to operate the right valves, gutters \r\nand pumps.\r\nStudying the pan log books and checking the physical stock levels in the pans, \r\ncrystallisers, tanks, and the running parameters; vacuum in the pans, steam/ vapour \r\npressure and temperature.\r\nChecking steam out and testing the pans for any leakages before starting any boiling \r\ncycle.\r\nChecking and ascertaining that the receiver crystallisers have adequate capacity to \r\nreceive the massecuites and that the gutters are free before discharging the \r\nmassecuites in order to avoid overflows.
