Manufacturing Manager works at PepsiCo

Lead the plant\'s team to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.\r\n- Collaborate with other functions i.e. Quality & Food Safety, Safety, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain, to ensure consistent product quality, safety, productivity and reliability.\r\n- Lead the Lean manufacturing agenda across the production lines to achieve the annual productivity target.\r\n- Coordinate enterprise-level KPI development, achievement, and any actions needed to improve accomplishment of KPIs that support long-term implementation and sustainability.\r\n- Lead the strategic plans related to changing in the process to maximize the net efficiency and true efficiency of the production lines\r\n- Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets\r\n- Develop sustainability reports, presentations, or proposals, including the Cooperative’s annual report on sustainability efforts.\r\n- Lead the PepsiCo sustainability vision, projects\' implementation and Resource Conservation Program across the organization\'s different premises including the production lines, outside area.\r\n- Manage Environmental Sustainability Performance and Compliance Agenda within the plant\r\n- Lead rolling-out of PepsiCo’s Best Practices i.e Pit stop on changeover process, TPM-AM , and KAIZENs\r\n- Develop Material Variance reports and pick up saving opportunities and leading actions related to the opportunities.\r\n- Leverage the PepsiCo Productivity agenda by conducting regular training and influencing people\r\n- Ensure that MOH target is met as per the annual operating plan
