Managing Director seeks work overseas

• Directing the overall construction management, organization and operations of the projects.\r\n• Executing project within schedule limits whilst maintaining client satisfaction and standards of quality.\r\n• Controls the direction of the company; Decides budgets for all departments\r\n• Targets and initiates business partnerships with other companies; Drives the culture of the business\r\n• Oversees employment and ensures there are enough staff (and the right people)\r\n• Manages senior managers; Generates new business and gives approval of new projects\r\n• Responsible for day-to-day decisions, Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place\r\n• Ensures the correct practices are being met\r\n• Attends board meetings and other presentations\r\n• Drives profitability of the business\r\n
