To start with, i had a healthcare assistant role (March 2018-October 2018), where i would work with the elderly and their daughters/sons; assisting them with their needs, planning and any other services needed for their daily activities.\r\nWhile working as a healthcare assistant, i started as an administrator/Personal Assistant (May 2018-April 2019), where I undertook general administrative roles and general support services. I have learned a lot of skills within this role, that helped me to progress with my knowledge in this areas of the business. \r\nLastly, i have taken an Office Assistant role (June 2019-December 2019), where i have taken of both; the management of the business and the customer service. I have also given sales services in this role, where we would persuade our clients and go the extra mile to meet their requirements.\r\nI have learned different methods depending on the business type, and the best way to communicate with clients and staff.
