Currently working as Mechanical Maintenance Manager in Golden Africa Resources located in D.R.Congo, Africa since June-2019.\r\nHandling team of 33 members of Engineers, Fitters, Fabricators, welders.\r\nComplete Maintenance and service of plant machinery utilizing in process industry like copper cobalt processing palnt and plastic industries. \r\n\r\nScheduling and execution of effective preventive Maintenance with more than 90% compliance. \r\n\r\nManaging breakdowns and reduction in downtime. \r\nAvoiding repetitive breakdowns and Root cause analysis \r\nPlanning monthly and annual shutdown and execution. \r\n\r\nSpare planning of all machinery spares.\r\nSourcing and co-ordination with purchase team.\r\n\r\nRecruiting and training new team members\r\n\r\nMaintain discipline. \r\n\r\n
